Surgery Day
3,780 grafts were extracted and implanted across seven hours of theatre time using the EnRiched-FUE™ technique, where each follicle is placed almost immediately after extraction rather than being stored.
With a poor donor area, protecting every graft matters more than usual. Minimising the time a follicle spends outside the body is what protects the yield when there is little margin for loss.
Recovery and the First Months
Post-Operative Complications
No complications noticed. Mild swelling for two to three days, which settled on its own.

Excellent. Regular with follow-up appointments and with the prescribed medication.
Supportive Treatment
Topical medication alongside PRP once a month, to protect the existing non-transplanted hair.
Transplanted hair sheds within the first few weeks. That is the normal cycle before new growth begins, not a sign the procedure has failed.
Final Result
